Make a Donation
You can donate to any of our active campaigns.
1.
Enter the Amount you want to donate in dollars and cents. For example, 25.00.
2.
Select the campaign you want to Contribute Towards.
3.
Select the appropriate button.

Enter information for another campaign donation.
Make Payment
Pay for all the campaign donations listed on the page with your credit card. Continue with step 4.
Cancel All
Cancel all the campaign donations listed on the page.

Enter your credit card payment information.
Field
Description
First Name
Enter your first name.
Last Name
Enter your last name.
Full Name on Card
Enter the full name that is imprinted on the front of the credit card.
Card Type
Select the credit card type (for example, VISA).
Card Number
Enter the full credit card number that is imprinted on the front of the credit card.
Security Code
The security code that is listed on your credit card. Location of the security code:

Discover, MasterCard, VISA, or JCB
Expiration Month/Year
Enter the expiration date, that is imprinted on the front of the credit card.
Address Type
Specify which type of address is associated with the credit card, for example your Home Address.
Street Address
City
State
Postal Code
Enter the complete billing address for the credit card. This MUST be the EXACT address where billing statements for this credit card are sent.
The address will be checked. If the address is not valid for the credit card, the payment will not be accepted.
Phone Number
Enter the phone number that you want us to use to contact you. The phone number must be all numbers; do not enter dashes or any other special characters.
Description
Enter a name which clearly identifies the specified Phone Number. For example, Cell Phone or Work Number.
Do Not Call Reason
If you do not want us to use the specified Phone Number to contact you, choose the reason why.
Primary Phone?
If the specified Phone Number is the primary phone number that you want people to use to contact you, check this box.
E-mail Address
Enter the e-mail address that you want us to use to contact you.
5.
Select Continue.
6.
Review ALL your payment information.
7.
If ALL your payment information is correct and it is okay to charge your credit card with the specified donation amount, select Continue.
8.
View your payment receipt.
